Subject: Run a Wikipedia Assignment in Spring 2022 and Improve Wikipedia's Coverage of Linguistic Topics

If you're an instructor at an institution of higher education in the U.S. or
Canada, we hope you'll run a Wikipedia assignment in Winter/Spring 2022.
Students contribute to Wikipedia as an assignment in your course, all while
developing critical digital literacy skills and improving Wikipedia's coverage
of linguistic topics. There are no fees to run a Wikipedia assignment, and
Wiki Education supports the project from beginning to end.

So far, almost 3000 students have added almost 2 million words to Wikipedia in
the field of linguistics, and we hope you'll join us in expanding this number
in the coming terms. Whether adding information on endangered languages or on
more theoretical subjects, students can have a real impact on Wikipedia.
