Meeting Description:

The aim of the conference is to bring together researchers who work on the
linguistics of English with a theoretical and / or empirical background.
Topics from different frameworks and research traditions and from any
linguistic area are welcome. We particularly encourage contributions focussing
on: 

 - Empirical phonetics and phonology
 - Morphology
 - Cross-cultural and interlanguage pragmatics
 - Information structure in spoken and written discourse


Call for Papers: 

Each author can submit one or multiple abstract(s). 

Abstracts are written in English, anonymous, and limited to one A4 page
(references, figures, tables, and / or examples can appear on a second page;
12pt, Times New Roman, margins of 2.5 cm on all sides, single spacing) and
should be submitted to marcel.schlechtweg at uni-oldenburg.de by September 30,
2021. Please submit your abstract as a word and pdf file. In the email, please
state the title of the contribution and the names of all authors.
