Subject: Expressions of Interest: Data-sharing/panel on Covid-related Signage

 
Call for expressions of interest: signage during the Covid pandemic

Researchers at Sussex University (UK) are interested in hearing from others
investigating signage regarding face-covering and social distancing during the
Covid pandemic, with the possibility of:
(a) a panel discussion at an online colloquium in October (see below), and/or 
(b) data-sharing and/or collaboration for projects comparing such signage
across linguistic, cultural, and social contexts. 

We’d be grateful to receive expressions of interest and descriptions of
on-going projects and data sets to m.l.murphy at sussex.ac.uk by 10 July.

The two-day colloquium "The language of Covid-19: discourse analytic and
sociolinguistic approaches to an ‘unprecedented’ health crisis" is hosted by
Sussex University and will take place online 22-23 October 2021. For more
