Meeting Description:

The VIII Jornadas de Iniciación a la Investigación Lingüística aim to bring
together postgraduate students and PhD candidates.


Call for Papers: 

We invite paper contributions on a variety disciplines including, but not
limited to, the following: Discourse Analysis, History of the Language,
Pragmatics, Dialectology, Linguistic Historiography, Semantics, Didactics,
Lexicology and Lexicography, Syntax, Foreign Language Teaching and Learning,
Applied Linguistics, Sociolinguistics, Stylistics, Cognitive Linguistics,
Terminology, Phonetics and Phonology, Corpus Linguistics, Translation,
Phraseology, Historical Linguistics, Grammar, Morphology.

Participants will have 20 minutes for the presentation of their paper,
followed by an additional 10 minutes for discussion.

Those researchers who wish to participate in the VIII Conference of Initiation
to Linguistic Research must send their proposals before August 31, 2021.
