West Meets East

The theme of the 2020 Conference is ''West meets East'', our aim being to
celebrate European lexicography from Portugal in the West to Georgia in the
East, and world lexicography across the globe from West to East.

ICHLL 2022 embraces a broad range of topics and disciplinary approaches to the
history of dictionaries, historical lexicology, historical lexicography and
critical and humanistic lexicography (each of which can include present day
practice, method, and production). We therefore call for contributions with an

from the digital humanities, but papers on any topic within the histories of
lexicography and lexicology are also welcomed.
