script featuring anatomical consonants paired with procedurally generated
acoustic vowels. Jigul combines the featural design philosophy of Hangul with
the broad scope of the IPA, creating a true "Worldscript" - simple and
easy-to-learn, yet flexible enough to accommodate all attested languages.
