Subject: Recruiting Chinese L2 Learners

 
I am recruiting Chinese L2 learners for my thesis. This research aims to
deduce the difference in listening comprehension between Chinese heritage and
non-heritage language learning, and the different clues that Chinese heritage
and non-heritage language learners use to determine implied meaning during
listening. If you are 18 years or older, undergraduate students who were
intermediate or advanced Chinese learners, and you were born in Canada or came
to Canada at an early age (before 12 years),   please participate in my
survey.  This survey will take you from around 40 to 50 minutes. Through this
survey, you will know your Chinese listening level, recognize your mastery of
implied meaning in Chinese listening comprehension, and get a gift card valued
at $15(CAD). Additionally, If you are interested in further participating in a
30-minute interview, you will get a second gift card valued at $15(CAD).
