Meeting Description:

The conference will be devoted to the problems raised by semantic and
functional ambiguity in the adverbial domain. The conference's working
languages are English and French.

Le colloque sera consacré aux problèmes d’ambiguïté touchant les adverbes et
adverbiaux. Les langues de travail sont l'anglais et le français.


Call for Papers:

CALL
Papers should not exceed 20 minutes in length and should be submitted in
English or French. Abstracts of no more than 300 words, accompanied by a
bio-bibliographical note on the speaker, should be sent to
adverbs2023 at gmail.com before November 30, 2022.
Proposals should present the initial problem, the research hypotheses, the
methodology, a theoretical framework (if any), provisional results and some
indicative bibliographic references. 
The conference will be held at the University of Cyprus, Nicosia and
participants will have the option of attending either in person or online.

APPEL
Les interventions, dont la durée ne doit pas excéder 20 minutes, se feront en
français ou en anglais. Les résumés, de 300 mots au maximum, accompagnés d’une
notice bio-bibliographique de l’intervenant.e, seront envoyés à l’adresse
adverbs2023 at gmail.com avant le 30 novembre 2022.
Les propositions devront présenter la problématique de départ, la ou les
hypothèses de recherche, la méthodologie, le cadre théorique éventuel et
quelques références bibliographiques indicatives. Les interventions devront
mettre les résultats des recherches dont elles rendent compte en relation avec
le titre du congrès. L’acceptation sera notifiée fin janvier 2023.
Le colloque se tiendra à l’Université de Chypre, à Nicosie, mais pourra  dans
tous les cas être entièrement suivi à distance.
