Meeting Description:

As part of the ExLing 2022 conference in Paris, we will be hosting a special
session on Experimental Phonetics on 17th October. This session is dedicated
to to the development of experimental methodologies within auditory, acoustic
and articulatory phonetics. It will cover current issues and challenges within
the area, as well as highlighting relevant interdisciplinary research and
applications. 

The session will be led by our invited keynote speaker Prof. Ann Bradlow of
Northwestern University.  Prof. Bradlow's research is centred on acoustic
phonetics and speech perception, with a particular focus on speech
intelligibility. 

The session format will include a combination of posters and oral
presentations.


Call for Papers:

We invite submissions to this special session on Experimental Phonetics in the
form of a 4-page paper. Please submit via our website
(http://exlingsociety.com), where you can also download a template. We are
accepting submissions until September 25th.
