What We are Looking For: 
Persado is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Content Intelligence team.
As part of the team responsible for language innovation within our platform,
you will get to collaborate with our NLP, Data Science, and Product teams to
create future growth levers for our industry leading platform. While the
position is remote, the preferred business hours are Eastern time zone. In
this exciting role you will work on cutting edge projects at the intersection
of language and technology, including AI and machine learning.

What We Want You To Do: 
 - Become an expert in Persado’s data-driven language framework - including in
writing, categorizing, and annotating within the existing system
 - Think critically and creatively about Persado’s language algorithms with an
eye for innovation
 - Establish objectives in areas of content production, annotation, and
language research
 - Analyze large data sets of AI generated language according to different
success criteria
 - Identify complex issues and opportunities in language organization, and
spearhead solution efforts from ideation through implementation, in
collaboration with other teams
 - Develop cross-team workflows and practices for alignment, factoring the
needs and perspectives other teams
 - Develop and execute policies for achieving objectives
 - Act as a leader who colleagues and clients want to work with and learn from

What We Want To See: 
 - Between 4-7 years of relevant work experience 
 - BA/BS in Linguistics, Writing, Marketing, or related field 
 - Coursework or experience in Language Engineering, Computational
Linguistics, Machine Learning, and/or Natural Language Generation is a plus
 - Experience creating and distributing web content to grow traffic and drive
demand 
 - Experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising
cross-channel content distribution campaigns that engage, educate, and
motivate 
 - Editorial mindset with an eye how language inspires action
 - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
 - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
and measurement
 - Project management skills and attention to detail 
 - Excellent English writing and communication skills, expert knowledge of
spelling and grammar
