Meeting Description:

First held in 1883, the MLA convention is an annual gathering of teachers and
scholars in the field of language and literature studies. The convention
enables members of the profession to share their ideas and research with
colleagues from other universities and colleges, as well as with those in
related fields and professions.

The Romance Linguistics Forum is a scholarly-interest forum of the MLA,
holding an annual panel at the convention focused on theoretical and applied
research in the field of Romance linguistics.

Call for Papers:

The Romance Linguistics Forum of the Modern Language Association welcomes a
wide range of participants and approaches to Romance Linguistics to its 2023
