Il Comitato Organizzatore locale è costretto a rimandare di tre mesi l’evento
previsto a Napoli per i giorni 9-11 febbraio, a causa della situazione
sanitaria che ha imposto nuove restrizioni nell’utilizzo delle sedi
congressuali.
Con la volontà di preservare lo svolgimento in presenza, il congresso si terrà
nella prima metà di maggio in una sede del Comune di Napoli che ci sta
supportando nella pianificazione logistica.
Ringraziamo tutti i relatori e i soci AItLA che hanno provveduto
all’iscrizione nei tempi previsti consentendoci di farci un’idea precisa degli
spazi necessari per le relazioni e i poster in programma.
Le iscrizioni a tariffa ridotta resteranno aperte fino al 15 aprile.
Indicazioni sulla partecipazione in presenza saranno comunicate assieme alle
nuove date e sede congressuale. Siamo certi che la nuova programmazione
renderà più semplice la partecipazione e allargherà la platea dei
congressisti.
Ci dispiace per le eventuali difficoltà che questo differimento provocherà, ma
ci auguriamo che la nostra comunità possa ritornare a incontrarsi nuovamente
in presenza!

Due to the increased pandemic restrictions on the capacity of public venues,
the local organising committee is afraid to postpone by three months the
congress planned to take place in Naples from 9 to 11 February.
Hoping that the event can take place in-person, the congress is postponed to
the first half of May and will be hosted in a building owned by the
municipality of Naples, whose administrative staff is cooperating in the
organization.
We thank all the speakers and AItLA members who have enrolled on time,
allowing for a reliable planning of the spaces needed to host the lectures and
posters. Early bird registration will be open until 15 April.
Information on attendance in-person will be communicated together with the new
dates and venue.
We are confident that the new schedule will make participation easier and
broaden the audience of congress.
Hoping that our community will rejoin together in person, we apologise for any
inconvenience this postponement may cause.
