Meeting Description:

The Centre of Linguistics of the University of Lisbon (CLUL) is pleased to
host the International Conference OUR ID - Colloquium in Honour of Inês
Duarte. The conference, which will be held at the School of Arts and
Humanities (University of Lisbon, Portugal) on January 19-20, 2023, will be a
forum for researchers to present their work on topics that have been of
interest to our honouree.

Inês Duarte is an Emeritus Professor of the School of Arts and Humanities of
the University of Lisbon. She is an eminent researcher on Portuguese syntax,
with a special interest in language variation and educational linguistics, and
is renowned for opening new trends of collaboration at the linguistic
interfaces and for inspiring young researchers to pursue innovative work. She
will honour us with a plenary session on the last day of the conference.

FINAL CALL: Conference OUR ID - Colloquium in Honour of Inês Duarte

We invite submissions in the field of Syntax (theoretical, descriptive,
experimental, and applied studies), Syntax of varieties of Portuguese,
Educational Linguistics and Language Policy, Parsing: treebanks and parsing
tools, as well as Interfaces involving Syntax.

The languages of the conference are Portuguese and English. Abstracts are
accepted in one of these languages. Each author may submit two abstracts for
20-minute oral presentations (plus 10-minute discussion): either one
individually and one joint abstract, or two joint abstracts.

Abstracts are anonymous, must contain between 300 and 500 words (excluding
examples and references), and should be submitted through EasyAbs:
