Meeting Description: 

SILF - International Symposium on Functional Linguistics is an event organized
by Brazilian universities that completed a decade of existence in 2021. The
event brings together undergraduates, graduates and researchers from Brazilian
universities and from abroad who dedicate themselves to linguistic studies
from different functionalist theoretical strands.
VI SILF will be held in June, from 23rd to 25th, entirely online and based at
the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) –São José do Rio Preto. In this
commemorative edition of the 10th anniversary of SILF, the general theme of
the event is “Functionalism and interfaces: Advances”

Registration and submission of abstract: from 1st March to 1st May, 2022
Listener registration: From March 1st to June 1st, 2022
 
Conferences and paper presentations will be either in Portuguese, Spanish or
English. As the event will be entirely online, there will be no registration
fee.
