Meeting Description:

The UIC Bilingualism Forum 2022 will be held on October 27 and 28, 2022 at the
University of Illinois at Chicago. The UIC BilForum is dedicated to research
in any area related to bilingualism, including theoretical linguistics,
code-switching, second language acquisition, psycholinguistics,
sociolinguistics, neurolinguistics, cognitive sciences, heritage languages and
bilingual acquisition. 


Call for Papers:

Abstracts for paper presentations or posters are invited on any area related
to bilingualism: theoretical linguistics, code-switching, SLA,
psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, neurolinguistics, cognitive sciences,
heritage languages, bilingual acquisition, etc. Presentations will be 20
minutes each with 10 minutes for discussion.

Abstracts will be submitted through EasyAbs at
http://linguistlist.org/easyabs/BilForum2022 and will consist of: 
- 1-page (12 pt font) anonymous abstract plus one page for examples and
references
- 1 separate page with name, title and affiliation

UIC Bilingualism Forum 2022 keynote speakers will be Dr. Jason Rothman and Dr.
Almeida Jacqueline Toribio. All the information can be found on
