Subject: Cancellation of XXI International Congres of Linguists, ICL, Kazan 2023

 
In the light of the current events, the Executive Committee of CIPL, Comité
International Permanent des Linguistes, decided to withdraw the invitation to
our Russian colleagues to organize the next XXI ICL, International Congress of
Linguists.

The Executive Committee has asked the Secretary-General to look for an
alternative venue. We hope to be able to make further announcements about this
within a few weeks
