Meeting Description:

Ultrafest X is the 2022 edition of a conference series dedicated to the use of
ultrasound imaging in speech and language research. It’ll take place and the
University of Manchester and online on 3-5th November, 2022


2nd Call for Papers:

We invite papers on all aspects of speech and language research that involves
ultrasound.

Abstracts should be submitted via Easy Abstract. Follow this link for abstract

The deadline for abstract submission is 30 April, 2022.

Abstracts should be no longer than one side of A4 (or ‘American letter’), with
2.5cm or one inch margins, single-spaced, with a font size no smaller than 12,
and with normal character spacing. A second page may be used for figures /
tables and references.

Please submit your abstract in pdf format.

Your abstract should be anonymous. You will be asked to submit a version with
your name and affiliation on it if your abstract is selected for presentation.

You may be first or single author on no more than one abstract.

When submitting you will be asked to indicate the preferred format for your
paper (see https://ultrafestx.com/format-and-venue/ for more information). If
you’re planning to attend remotely, you should choose the lightning talk
format. If you have developed new methodology / software that you’d like to
share with other attendees, please consider the masterclass format.

All abstracts will be reviewed by a scientific committee. We intend to notify
the authors by 15 June, 2022.
