operations and G&A to help scale our rapidly-growing business.

LexCheck aims to produce repeatable solutions that change our customers'
day-to-day lives for the better. As a result, our Operations team is key to
LexCheck's success as an organization. You will interface with almost every
internal team to find ways in which LexCheck can scale the different
departments effectively and seamlessly. This position is perfect for recent
graduates of linguistics to leverage their interdisciplinary skills.

At LexCheck, you will have a diverse array of responsibilities, and you will
receive on-the-job training and mentorship from senior LexCheck team members.
This position reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager and Senior
Director of Operations and will work regularly with LexCheck’s CEO.

Responsibilities: 
 - Coordinate and liaise with multiple internal teams, including other
linguists, on diverse projects
 - Identify opportunities and design solutions to improve the efficiencies of
our product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
 - Source, trial, and assist in the implementation of new software solutions
across the company
 - Assist in new employee hiring, onboarding, and training for all departments
 - Monitor and address IT security issues with assistance from the security
team
 - Standardize and compile written documentation for internal processes
 - Arrange travel and events for conferences, internal meetings, etc.
 
About You: 
 - 2021 or expected 2022 graduate from a top university 
 - Strong academic background in any relevant field; linguistics coursework a
plus
 - Ability to prioritize diverse long-term projects and daily tasks
 - Detail-oriented and a self-starter
 - Tech-savvy, quick to learn new softwares
 - Extremely strong written and oral communication skills
 - Experience with Excel a plus, but not required
