Workshop on Text Mining and Generation (TMG) at KI-2022
Short Title: TMG at KI-2022

Date: 19-Sep-2022 - 20-Sep-2022
Location: Trier, Germany
Contact: Mirko Lenz

Meeting URL: https://recap.uni-trier.de/2022-tmg-workshop/

Linguistic Field(s): Computational Linguistics

Meeting Description:

We invite you to participate in the 1st Text Mining and Generation (TMG)
Workshop, which will be co-located with the KI 2022 conference on September
19-20 in Trier, Germany. The exact date will be announced ASAP.

The aim of text mining is to analyze the content of unstructured text and
extract (useful) structured information. In contrast, text generation attempts
to (automatically) create text from structured information or knowledge that
is for example stored in large language models.

The goal of the TMG workshop is to bring these two perspectives together by
eliciting research paper submissions that aim for bridging the gap between
knowledge extraction and text generation.

The most important details can be found here:
Webpage: https://recap.uni-trier.de/2022-tmg-workshop/
Submission deadline: July 15
Contact: info at mirko-lenz.de

We are looking forward to receiving your submission and hope to see you at the
workshop.

Best regards,
The TMG organizing team
