Meeting Description:
El Gobierno de España, bajo los auspicios del Plan de Recuperación,
Transformación y Resiliencia de la Unión Europea, aprobó el Proyecto
Estratégico para la Recuperación (PERTE) Nueva Economía de la Lengua, que
pretende maximizar el valor del español y las lenguas cooficiales en la
transformación digital. Por su parte, el Gobierno de La Rioja y la Universidad
de La Rioja toman parte en el Proyecto Valle de La Lengua, que desarrolla
algunos aspectos del PERTE Nueva Economía de la Lengua.
En este contexto, el Congreso Internacional RRG del español y en español: de
la tipología al procesamiento del lenguaje y la inteligencia artificial,
organizado por el Grupo de Investigación de Gramáticas Funcionales de la
Universidad de La Rioja, tendrá lugar en el Monasterio de San Millán de la
Cogolla del 19 al 21 de abril de 2023.
Temas
El tema principal son los estudios del español basados en gramáticas
funcionales, particularmente la Gramática del Papel y la Referencia (Role and
Reference Grammar). También pueden enviarse colaboraciones que presenten en
español estudios de cualquier lengua. Habrá una sesión paralela en inglés
sobre RRG y las gramáticas funcionales en el nuevo paradigma del procesamiento
del lenguaje natural y la inteligencia artificial.
Sesiones
1. Estudios lingüísticos de RRG y las gramáticas funcionales del español (la
lengua de análisis y de comunicación debe ser el español).
2. Estudios lingüísticos de RRG y las gramáticas funcionales en español
(cualquier lengua de análisis, pero la lengua de comunicación debe ser el
español).
3. RRG in the new paradigm of Natural Language Processing and Artificial
Intelligence (contribución por invitación; cualquier lengua de análisis, pero
la lengua de comunicación debe ser el inglés).

The Government of Spain, under the auspices of the Recovery and Resilience
Facility of the European Union, is implementing the strategic project of
recovery (PERTE) called New Economy of Language, which aims at maximizing the
role of Spanish and co-official languages in digital transformation. The
regional Government of La Rioja and the University of La Rioja take part in
the Plan Valley of The Language, which will undertake some aspects of the
PERTE New Economy of Language.
Against this background, the International Conference RRG del español y en
español: de la tipología al procesamiento del lenguaje y la inteligencia
artificial (RRG of Spanish and in Spanish: from typology to natural language
processing and artificial intelligence), organized by the Research Group
Functional Grammars of the University of La Rioja, will be held at the
Monastery of San Millán de La Cogolla on April 19-21, 2023.
Topics
The main topic is the study of Spanish conducted within the framework of
functional theories, particularly Role and Reference Grammar. Submissions can
also include studies of any language carried out in Spanish. There will be a
session by invitation dealing with RRG and functional grammars in the new
paradigm of natural language processing and artificial intelligence.
Sessions
1. Linguistic studies of Spanish based on RRG and functional grammars (they
must be conducted in Spanish).
2. Linguistic studies based on RRG and functional grammars (they can analyse
any language but must be conducted in Spanish).
3. RRG in the new paradigm of Natural Language Processing and Artificial
Intelligence (by invitation; they can analyse any language but must be
conducted in English).
