Description:

The Interdisciplinary Research Center for Linguistic Science is affiliated to
the School of Humanities and Social Sciences in University of Science and
Technology of China (USTC). This center was established in December 2020,
jointly founded by USTC and iFLYTEK Co., Ltd., aiming at building a high-level
and interdisciplinary platform for the research on linguistic science and
technology. At present, the center is at the initial stage of its development,
and we warmly welcome outstanding talents engaged in linguistics (applied
linguistics, computational linguistics, neurolinguistics, clinical
linguistics, etc.) to join.

Position requirement:
 - Candidates should be under 45 years old. Flexibility may be provided to
candidates with outstanding academic achievements;
 - Full professor candidates should hold the positions equivalent to Associate
Professor or above in well-known universities or research institutions;
 - Associate professor candidates should hold academic and technical positions
at vice-senior rank in well-known domestic and overseas universities or
research institutions, such as tenure-track assistant professor, or senior
research fellow.
 - Candidates should have excellent research ability and team organization
ability.

Excellent candidates are recommended to apply for the Overseas Excellent Youth
Program or the B-category project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Competitive salary and benefits, varying housing options, and children
education program at the USTC affiliated kindergarten and elementary/middle
school, will be provided by USTC. As the co-constructor of the center, iFLYTEK
Co., Ltd will also provide various support to the positions in terms of
