Meeting Description:

The First Theoretical and Experimental Linguistics Workshop at KRE
(KRE-TEL-WS-2023)

The Theoretical and Experimental Linguistics Research Group at Károli
Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary (KRE) is launching
a new series of workshops. KRE-TEL-WS-2023 will be the first event in
the series. The Workshop welcomes talks on theoretical or experimental
research (and, ideally, even combinations of the two) in any area of
linguistics and in any theoretical framework. One of the goals of the
workshop is to promote interaction and collaboration among researchers
working in these two main fields of linguistics.
There will be general and thematic sessions, and a poster session. The
general and thematic sessions will involve 30-minute talks (25 min + 5
min discussion). Presentations can focus on results from completed as
well as ongoing research. They should describe original, unpublished
work.

Second Call for Papers:

We are pleased to announce the call for posters for The First
Theoretical and Experimental Linguistics Workshop at KRE
(KRE-TEL-WS-2023). The Workshop welcomes talks on theoretical or
experimental research (and, ideally, even combinations of the two) in
any area of linguistics and in any theoretical framework. One of the
goals of the workshop is to promote interaction and collaboration
among researchers working in these two main fields of linguistics.

The workshop will take place 25-26 October 2023 at the Károli Gáspár
University of the Reformed Church in Hungary, in Budapest. There will
be general and thematic sessions, and a poster session, for which
abstracts can be submitted now on any topic related to the conference
theme. The posters can focus on results from completed as well as
ongoing research. They should describe original, unpublished work. We
especially recommend the session for students of linguistics at any
level.

Abstracts should be no longer than 1 A4 page, including references and
keywords. The abstracts should be structured into separate
introduction, objectives, methods and results section, with special
focus on the methodology section. As the language of the conference is
