Subject: Automatic Speech Recognition Study - Chance to win €50 gift certificates

Dear potential study participants,

How accurate is automatic speech recognition (used, for example, in
Alexa or Siri) in language learning tasks? A team of researchers at
the University of Tuebingen is looking to find out in an exciting new
online study. In the study, you will answer some questions about
yourself and then complete two short tasks: (1) reading English
sentences out loud and (2) completing a dialogue in English.

We are looking for people who fulfill the following criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have not participated in this study before

Native speakers of any language, including English, are welcome to
participate. The study lasts for approximately 20 minutes, and all
participants will have a chance to enter a raffle for 20 vouchers
worth 50 EUR each for a popular online store.

All data is collected anonymously and used only for research purposes.
Participation is voluntary and can be cancelled at any time without
any consequences. Your email address will only be used for the study,
and only the core research team will have access. Prior to analysis,
the email will be removed from the dataset.
