Title: Real-World Interfaces with Romance Linguistics

The Romance Linguistics Forum of the Modern Language Association welcomes a
wide range of participants and approaches to Romance Linguistics to its 2024
panel. We invite abstracts exploring any area of Romance Linguistics,
especially those involving real-world interfaces such as fieldwork, digital
data, interdisciplinary projects or courses, and teaching applications for the
2024 MLA Convention. Although preference will be given to papers addressing
more than one Romance variety, all abstracts will be considered.

Abstracts should be submitted in .pdf or .docx format, not exceeding 1 page
(up to 500 words), with a second page reserved for examples, tables and
references. Include the presenter’s name, affiliation, and contact information
in the body of the e-mail.

Please submit your abstract to: carla.suhr at ucla.edu by March 1, 2023.
Acceptance notifications will be sent by April 1, 2023.
