Subject: Call for Research Papers on Parental Input/interaction in Children with DLD

Dear colleagues,

We are conducting a qualitative systematic review of literature on
parental input and parent-child interactions on children with (a
suspicion of) Developmental Language Disorder (aged 0-6). While we are
doing a systematic search through several databases, we would like to
hear from you regarding your published or unpublished work on this
topic. If you would like your work on the above topic to be included
in our review, please email us at a.m.haggiyannes at uu.nl by 01 July
2023.

We are interested in work with a focus on parents or primary
caregivers with children with (a suspicion of) DLD aged 0-6. This
includes studies on late talkers. We are inclusive of parental input
and/or parental interactions in the broadest sense (both qualitative
and quantitative aspects, and/or linguistic/non-linguistic aspects),
including any methodological approach. We will not consider studies
which incorporate children with additional primary biomedical/
behavioural/ neurological diagnoses (e.g. ASD, ADHD, Cleft, Mutism,
Down’s Syndrome). The study must report on parental outcomes, and
child outcomes may be secondary.

In case you have any questions, please write to us at
a.m.haggiyannes at uu.nl

Best wishes,

Athena Haggiyannes (Utrecht University)
