Possible research topics related to this area include the following:
● phonetic and phonological features of dialectal or regional
varieties;
● aspects of socio-phonetic variation (gender, age, socio-cultural
group, etc.)
● discursive and conversational phonetic aspects;
● stylistic characteristics of speech related to the medium used;
● speech technologies, conversational agents and artificial
intelligence;
● reading aloud, text layouts and linguistic analysis.

The conference is proposed as an opportunity to share and discuss
research related to the characteristics of vocality in relation to
more traditional media (e.g. radio, television) and more recent ones

messaging).
