Meeting Description:

The XVIII International Symposium of Societas Celtologica Nordica will
be hosted by the Department of Linguistics and Scandinavian Studies at
The University of Oslo on May 29-30, 2024. The organising committee of
the symposium are Assoc. Prof. Kristen Mills (University of Oslo), Dr.
Cathinka Dahl Hambro (IKO Kirkelig pedagogisk senter), Assoc. Prof.
Caitlin Ellis (University of Oslo) and Ass. Prof. Eystein Dahl (Adam
Mickiewicz University, Poznań). Enquiries to the organisers can be
directed to socceltnord at iln.uio.no.

Call for Papers:

We invite papers on all aspects of Celtic Studies, including
linguistics, philology, literature, history, religion and theology,
art history, and archaeology. Proposals for thematic sessions are also
welcome. Presentations should be of 20 minutes’ length; there will be
an additional 10 minutes for discussion and comments after each
presentation. The deadline for the submission of abstracts is
Thursday, February 29. Please submit your abstract (approx. 200 words)
as an email attachment to socceltnord at iln.uio.no.
