Description:
ELBA (Escuela de Lingüística de Buenos Aires) is a Linguistics school
organized by graduate and undergraduate students from Argentina. The
School aims to promote discussion on formal Linguistics and related
areas.

Each edition includes courses on different topics such as Formal
Linguistics, formal Semantics, Phonology, Syntax, Psycholinguistics or
Natural Language Processing, among others. In this edition, there will
be three courses of four days and a workshop the day after the end of
the School. The topics of the courses will be:
- Phonology by Francesc Torres-Tamarit (Universitat Autonoma de
Barcelona)
- NLP by Bruno Bianchi (Universidad de Buenos Aires)
- Syntax by Laura Stigliano (The Ohio State University)

For the workshop, papers must be original contributions on any of the
school's topics. You can send your proposal through the following

Each presentation will last 20 minutes, followed by a 10-minute
section for discussion. There will be no parallel tables. The official
languages are Spanish, Portuguese and English.
