Meeting Description:

In today's interconnected world, language classes are becoming more
varied, with students from a variety of cultural and linguistic
backgrounds. Embracing multicultural viewpoints in ELT (English
Language Teaching) welcomes and promotes diversity, acknowledging the
value it adds to language learning contexts. Cultural competence is
required for successful communication and collaboration. By
incorporating multicultural viewpoints into ELT, instructors can help
students acquire not only language abilities but also intercultural
competence, preparing them to manage varied cultural situations in
their personal and professional lives. The FLLT 2024 conference offers
important professional development and networking opportunities for
language educators. The conference's focus on global voices and
multicultural perspectives allows educators and learners to gain
insights, strategies, and resources for incorporating diversity into
their teaching and learning practices, ultimately enriching their
pedagogical approaches and enhancing voices and experiences in
language education.

Call for Papers:

Submission Type: Abstract for Presentation (30 minutes)
Acceptance Notification: Generally, Within 2  weeks after the
submission.
Submit Online: Please register before submission; click here to submit
your abstract.
An interested presenter is allowed to submit one abstract for
consideration as a lead presenter. However, they can be a co-presenter
of another one or more presentations upon registration.
