Meeting Description:

The International Conference on Sino-Tibetan Languages and Linguistics
(ICSTLL) was held for the first time at Yale University in 1968, and
has been held in 13 different countries (twice in Japan). It is the
premier meeting for linguistic researchers working within the
Sino-Tibetan language family, a family with over 400 languages.
The 57th conference will be held at Peking University in China, which
is located in the Haidian District in Beijing near the Summer Palace
(Yuanming Yuan).

The 57th International Conference on Sino-Tibetan Languages and
Linguistics will be hosted by the Laboratory of Language Sciences,
Peking University in China, August 25-27, 2024. The Peking University
campus is located in Haidian District, Beijing, near the Summer Palace
Yuanming Yuan.

We invite submission of abstracts for presentations covering all
aspects of linguistic research on Sino-Tibetan and other area
languages. Papers may treat issues in any subfield of linguistics.
Papers will be allotted 20 minutes for presentation followed by 10
minutes for questions and discussion. Papers should be presented in
English.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

•       No longer than 600 words, including examples and/or a figure
(one at most)
•       Written in English
•       MS Word compatible or PDF
•       Should not include the name and affiliation of the presenter
•       Should be submitted via Easychair system (The submission Web
