Description:

Theoretical and Applied Linguistics at the University of Cambridge is
seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Lab Manager to maintain
and manage its three research laboratories (psycholinguistics,
phonetics, and computational linguistics), to join us from March 2024
in this permanent full- or part-time role. Responsible for maintaining
and developing the labs, the role holder will also train researchers
and students in the use of equipment for Linguistic experiments and
data analysis, such as EEG, audio and video recording.

This is an exciting opportunity for early career researchers as well
as more experienced laboratory staff. The successful candidate will
work closely with academic staff in Theoretical and Applied
Linguistics, IT and Professional Services staff across the Faculty.
The role holder will provide management of the research laboratories
and specialist technical support to staff and students to enable the
successful operation of research projects and research-related
teaching.
