Subject: Navigating the Fecund Fields of Linguistics, Literature, Literacy and Communication Arts: A Festschrift in Honour of Professor Obiajulu A. Emejulu

We are delighted to announce a call for papers for a festschrift in
honour of Professor Obiajulu Augustine Emejulu, a distinguished
scholar in the field of linguistics and communication studies, with
particular leaning towards sociolinguistics, literacy development, and
digital humanities. He is a Professor of Communication and Language
Arts, and is currently ending a highly impactful and transformative
tenure as the 4th substantive Executive Director of the National
Institute for Nigerian Languages (NINLAN), Aba.

Papers are invited on topics related to linguistics, literature,
literacy, and communication studies. Manuscripts can be written in
English, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, or other Nigerian languages and should
normally have 4,000 - 6,000 words. For papers written in English, a
two-paragraph summary of one hundred words in a Nigerian language of
choice should be included before the main paper, while a similar
summary in English should be provided for articles in Nigerian
languages.

Please submit papers to oghenesuowho at gmail.com.
