Could I share with the members of the LN list the following information.
Inderjeet Mani is writing a book on text summarisation. Part of the
book will be a substantial survey of the current state of art of text
summarisation and will feature an extensive list of references.

The book will appear within John Benjamin's NLP series and is expected
to come out by the end of 2000.

Watch out for it!
