The aim of this e-mail is to announce a new scientific network devoted
to the role of Multi-Word Expressions (MWEs) in Parsing: the COST Action
IC1207 "PARSEME: PARSing and Multi-word Expressions. Towards linguistic
precision and computational efficiency in natural language processing",
http://www.cost.eu/domains_actions/ict/Actions/IC1207. This WWW page
contains information about the working groups (see "Memorandum of
Understanding") and about countries currently participating in the
Action (see "Parties"). If you happen to work in one of the countries
listed there and would like to take part in PARSEME, please get in touch
with the representative of your country in the Management Committee (see
"Management Committee"). If you work in another COST Country (see
http://www.cost.eu/about_cost/cost_countries), consider contacting your
COST National Coordinator
(http://www.cost.eu/about_cost/who/%28type%29/31) about joining PARSEME.

The first general PARSEME meeting will take place on 16–18 September
2013 in Warsaw. See the call for contributions below.

Best regards,

Agata Savary (PARSEME Chair)
