<b>How to submit a manuscript to General Issue or Special Issue?</b>
</p>

a. If you did not register before in our site, please create an account first. <br/>
b. Log in with your account. <br/>
c. Click "submit to General Issue" or "Submit to Special Issue" on the left column, fill in the required information, and then submit. <br/>
d. Finally, click "My Manuscript" on the left column, you will see the manuscript number of your submitted manuscript, later you can check your manuscript status here.
