Misschien weet iemand iets van de etymologie van de woorden "es" en
"eswallen", waardoor ook duidelijk zou worden of en hoe ze verband
met elkaar houden.
Zelf heb ik "es" wel eens horen noemen als een beschermd
natuurgebied, waar geen huizen gebouwd mogen worden.
