The Flemish government has reopened it's free telephone (plus e-mail)
assistance center for "How to ... correctly?" questions in the Dutch
language.

ministerie van de Vlaamse gemeenschap. Iedereen kan er terecht voor advies
over spelling, woordgebruik, grammatica, uitspraak, tekstconventies,
