Mi dücht, "sk-" is öller. Dat "sch-" ward woll mit dat Hoogdütsche kamen
ween, wat de Lüüd denn öwernahmen hebben.

I believe, the "sk-" is older. The "sch-" is very likely to have come with
the high-german language.
