Esto no es la primera vez que un suscriptor escribe en español en Lowlands-L
(o en francés o alemán, que no son lenguajes de las "Tierras bajas" tampoco),
y es perfectamente legítimo, según lo mencionado en las reglas del etiquette:
"There is free choice of language in Lowlands-L postings, but the following
language varieties are preferred: Afrikaans, Dutch, Frisian (any variety), Low
Saxon, English and Scots."

This is not the first time a subscriber writes in Spanish on Lowlands-L (or in
French or German, which are not "Lowlands" languages either), and it is
perfectly legitimate, as mentioned in the rules of etiquette:
"There is free choice of language in Lowlands-L postings, but the following
language varieties are preferred: Afrikaans, Dutch, Frisian (any variety), Low
Saxon, English and Scots."
