Most of you already know Ms. Clara Kramer-Freudenthal
<Clara.Kramer at t-online.de > who has been a subscriber to Lowlands-L for a
long time and whose stories in her Olland dialect of Low Saxon (Low German)
I occasionally share with you.  Just in time for her diamond (60th!)
wedding anniversary on May 31, I have posted her story "Arier-Nowies"
("Proof of Aryan Descent") on the Web, a story that deals with her wedding
in 1940, a wedding that almost didn't happen on account of her maiden name:
