This is a bit difficult to explain in writing, as I am
not very trained in the use of phonetic signs. In the
"official" Danish, the sounds for "w", "ll" and "ch"
that are present in English, are not represented.
However, in the dialects of Western and Northern
Jutlandish dialects, they are often present. Also
wovels are pronounced more "melodious", with less
glottal stops than official Danish. In the western
parts of Jutland the determined article is "ae", eg.
"ae hus", where the rest of the country would have
"huset" (the house).
"Wa er't do sejer?" to me sounds almost identical in
sound to its English equivalent: "What do you say?"
(In official Danish: Hvad siger du?") Also: "Wi will,
wi'll", "a will, a'll" except for the difference in
spelling, this is as English.
In Northern Jutland, in the Vendsyssel area, you can
find "tjerk" (Eng. church, Da. kirke), "haj" (Eng. he,
Da. han).
Also the fact that many words seem to have the same
origin further contributes to the references made to
English. But I do not think that any particular kind
of English is intended.

Concerning the English-like pronouciation on the
West-Coast of Jutland: The dialect of Esbjerg and
surroundings pronounces words like Danish "Vest"
("West" in English) more like English "West" with a
proper English "W" sound nowhere else found in
Denmark, in fact in Northern Europe, apart from the
UK. Whether this is due to an Anglo-Saxon-Jutish
substratum or developed out of business links to
England over centuries is not clear to me, I
personally believe it is rather the former. The island
of Oomrem "Amrum" further south and its language are
believed to stem from the ancient "Ambrones" which
formed a part of the Anglo-Saxons later, the language
of Oomrem is still significantly different to all
other Frisian dialects, nevertheless linked to it
since both are North-Sea-Germanic languages. This
would indicate that there where apparantly Anglo-Saxon
remains on the mainland which could have layed the
substratum for the West-Jutlandic dialects after the
Danes took up the mainly vacant lands in Jutland after
the Anglo-Saxon-Jutish emigration.
