I have read it.  It is about the fact that the Scots language has been
ignored in Scotland's census 2001, namely the first language of one third
of the population.  The folks who present the pages hope that masses of
people write on the census form something like "I speak/read Scots."  I
would like to know if we foreigners can do anything.  Perhaps we could
write to the Scottish government and request the figures for Scots.  I am
under the impression that international pressure can have its uses in
situations of this type.
