Well, I had a quick look at it, and indeed it's Westerlauwer Frisian.
But the few words I tried all yielded strange and sometimes incorrect
results: eg _meie_ = to be allowed to (cf English _may_)
is translated as _schmieden_, which is _smeie_ in WF.
But _smeie_ is also translated as _schmieden_.
And _Haus_ is only _hu^s_ but also a long list of words like
_sikehu^s_ (hospital) and _hu'srie_ (everything in a house, D. _huisraad_)
etc.
Others are mysterious, like _lju_ (_people_, where I expected _Leute_)
which yields _Larche_ (I think this means D. _leeuwerik_, WF _ljurk_,
E. _lark_), where it seems that the program considers the beginning
to be a match. On the other hand _Leute_ is translated as _breidspear_
(D. _bruidspaar_) which translates back as _Braudsleute, Breidspaar_.
So I think that the program is satisfied with finding partial matches.
Also common words are not found at all (like _mije_ = _to avoid_, _meiden_;

_hoi_ = _hello_, _goodbye_).

I would not recommend to use this dictionary!
