Subject: poem - translation

A German friend of mine asked me to give a Dutch translation of the
following French poem:

A chaque instant nous apprenons.
Nous apprenons de nos erreurs
autant que de nos réussites.
Nous apprenons, nous avançons,
chaque jour un peu plus.

I came up with the following - not very poetic, that's asking too
much - attempt:

Elk moment leren we.
We leren van onze fouten,
net als van onze successen
We leren, we gaan vooruit,
Iedere dag iets verder.

In English:

At every moment we learn.
We learn from our errors,
as from our successes.
We learn, we proceed,
each day somewhat more.

I was wondering if our Lowlands friends can come up with other Lowland
versions - I am not offended if you come up with a better Dutch one.
In particular, I'd love to see one in Gronings (though having lived
there for years, I don't feel up to the task).
