Hi Mike,

I think it would be best to send an email to the people of the Flemish
'Volksmuziek Gilde' (Guild of Folk Musicians) who will probably be able
to guide you to all the information you need. I have found myself that
they are very friendly in helping to answer questions about folk music
instruments. A lot of their members are instrument builders too. You can
find their website (in Dutch) at this address:
http://www.volksmuziek.be/ and their email address is:
volksmuziekgilde at pi.be . I hope you can find the answers to your
questions.

Sincerely,

Klaas
Soon to be bagpipe player.
