For the word unused for fear of scatological sense (presumably, s--t), the
full
forms are
s--t (using "i" in the present)
s--t (using "a" in the past)
sh----- (replace the ----- with "itten" and you ave the participle)

I wrote it this way to assure that it will go through any filters.  However,
neither the past nor the participle are ever mentioned as "curse" words to my
knowledge.  That may be because the present form is commonly used for the past
and the participle in everyday speech.

English seems to be degenerating amongst both common and uncommon verbs.  The
example cited above is an all too common word, but a less used verb, "nim"
(meaning "take", a North Germanic loanword long ago adapted into English [and
supposedly the only "irregular" verb of "foreign" extraction]), was presented
in
the American Heritage Dictionary as "nim, nimmed, nimmed" (a weak verb),
although
traditionally this a strong verb ("nim, nam, nomen").
