dat de Oorsprung nich seker is, dat 't man sachs uut 't Neddersassische
in 't Düütsche un uut 't "Hollandsche" in 't Ingelsche kamen was (kunn
ook dat Neddersassische sien vun de Hanse-Tied).

tomehrst later, nich vör 't 18. Jahrhunnerd.

De Wöörböker geevt de Hypothese, dat 't mit Hollandsch "kookhuis"
tosamenhangt, man dat glööv' ik ook nich, un denn schull dat wiss
neddersassisch _kookhuus_ westen.  Un woans verklaart se dat "b"?

Man wiederhen skeptisch wesen!  Is good so.
