It would seem so.  How else to explain the funny mixture?
But the use of the words seems to be internally consistent.
It reminds me of when I try to speak a foreign language I
have no perfect command of: when trying to speak Italian,
I keep in mixing in Swedish words - apparently because they
occupy adjacent or overlapping areas in my brain (e.g. the
area dealing with 'languages I don't know very well').

If this is a hoax, the question is why go through all this
trouble?  Obviously, the writer has some knowledge of a var-
iety of languages, and should know better.

But here's an idea:  If the Lowlands list agrees to fund this
I volunteer to make a trip to Yozgat and submit a full report
of my findings to the list!
