Hi  About  a costume  from  Kampen.

If it's that  old  the chances  are good  that it's  a   costume  from
the island  of  Schokland.  Schokland  was  evacuated  in  1859  the
inhabitants  were moved  to  Kampen  Vollenhove  Volendam, and
Twenthe.

So if  you want  to find  out  look for  Schokland  on the internet.
