Is y pronounced like y in Hochdeutsch System?
What is a circumflexed vowel?

Jim, I am sorry that I did not clarify. Y is pronounced exactly as
ü. A circumflexed vowel for example is

û. Wherever I see Frisian, I see those circumflex vowels. I just wanted to
know how they are pronounced.
